A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 30, 2026, at John H. Shaw's Son Funeral Home.

Our precious angel, Xiory Kylen James, entered this world and in a few brief moments captured and broke our hearts all at the same time. He departed this life embraced by a loving family and the warmth of his presence will be cherished forever.  Xiory is survived by his loving parents Liztairy Baquero and Joshua A. James, Jr., grandparents Xiomary Valentin, Atila Dalmasi, Sr., Felix Baguero, Lillian Escotto. Joshua James, uncles Atila Dalmosi Jr., Dariel Dalmasi godparents Essence McIntyre, Kanie Warren and a host of cousins, other family and close friends who embrace his memory as a gift that will never be forgotten. In tears we saw you sinking, and watched you pass away. Our hearts were utterly broken; we wanted you to stay, but when we saw you sleeping so peacefully, free from pain, how could we wish you back with us, to suffer that again. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God took you home.
