Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:30-8:00 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home.
Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Victoria Ann Glaspie. Sunrise: October 25, 1965 - Sunset: August 5, 2025. Life Story: The beautiful life of Mrs. Victoria Ann Glaspie began on October 25, 1965, in Baltimore, Maryland, as the cherished daughter of the late Ruby and Wilbert Gaymon. She was the second of nine children and embraced her role as sister, daughter, and friend with love and pride. Victoria's caring nature extended beyond her family and into her professional life at The Sprunts Woods at Holly Tree where she was admired not only for her dedication but also for the kindness and compassion she showed to everyone she met. Her warm smile and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She lived each day by her guiding words, "To love and be loved", and she embodied that truth through her generosity, patience, and unwavering faith. Victoria's legacy is one of love, service, and joy, a life well-lived, and a heart well-shared. She Leaves to Cherish her memory: Siblings, Wilbert Gaymon (deceased) & Paulette Gaymon, Martin & Gary Gaymon (Texas), Jerry & Pamela Gaymon (Wilmington), Kenny Gaymon (Texas), Hykeem Gaymon (Wilmington), Karin Gaymon (Wilmington), Monique Gaymon (Wilmington), Kenyatta Gaymon (Philadelphia). Children, Lamar Glaspie, Travis Glaspie, Nyiesha Glaspie, Joseph Glaspie, Miracle Glaspie, Lamariya Glaspie, Alishia Poole, Jeffrey Scott, Brian Sidberry Benjamin and Kiara Ross. Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren Zyimir, Malachi, Nyla, Zelzah, Zoell, Jameraquan, Jhakari, Jayla, Gia, Bria, Lilah, Alexus, Chanel, Tiana, Kiara, Jakari and Bj. Her Legacy: Mrs. Victoria will forever be remembered for her warm heart, her deep love for her family, and her unwavering compassion for others. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and faith that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
