FACE COVERINGS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO ENTER THE FUNERAL HOME!!!!!!

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Calvary Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation is from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.  Michael Lawrence Bailey aka Kike was born on June 24, 1970, in New York City, New York to Yvette Lang and Derek Rogers.  He departed this life on September 21, 2023.  Michael was preceded in death by his mother and father.  Michael was educated in the NYC public school system where he attended Julia Richman High School. Michael also attended Job Corp where he obtained his GED.  He was working at the Courtyard by Marriott at his time of demise.  Michael was a great son, father, brother, uncle, and a friend to many people.  Michael loved to be a jokester and was full of energy and life. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America in his younger years and loved the sport of basketball.  Michael will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  He leaves to cherish his memories.....Siblings: Derek Rogers, Arthur Bailey, Jerome Parker. Children: Michael Bailey (Angela Spencer) Donta Lewis (Patricia Lewis) Jequella Parker, Jaquana Parker, Jawan Parker (Nicole Parker Lee) Malik Bailey (Noril Powell).  Grandkids: Jazhra Sneed, Nova Parker, Jahawna Parker, Logan Bailey, London Bailey, Jazhir Gause, Denia Parker.  Extended family:  Teresa Johnson, Sharyike Williams.  Special friends: Asante Mears, Robert Jenkins, Frankie Mears, Kazembe Mears, and a host of other relatives and friends.
