Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at St. Phillip AME Church.  Burial will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5:30 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home.

Louise D. Mosley was born August 13, 1934, to Annie Mae Hines Shaw and Bowman Brockington, in Wilmington, NC.  Louise entered eternal rest on October 28, 2025.  Louise worked for the New Hanover County School system for many years until she retired.  She was a life-long member of St. Phillip African Methodist Episcopal Church and served as a stewardess on the Stewardess Board.  She loved her church family.  She was loved by many and had a loving and caring heart for her children and grandchildren.  Louise had a loving spirit toward everyone she met.  Louise leaves to cherish her memory two daughters: Doris M. Murphy and Evelyn Diane Mosley, both of the home; three sons: Dennis L. (Virginia) Mosley, of the city, Gregory Mosley of Durham, NC, and Nathaniel W. Mosley, of the city; Two granddaughters: Timeka Mosley of the city and Siedah Mosley Baldwin, of Leland, NC; two grandsons: Andre Mosley, of the city, and Tomill Mosley of FL; six great granddaughters: Chyna Doughty of Atlanta, GA, Zahria Johnson of the city, Epiphany Johnson of Durham, NC, Nyquasia Ford, Jaya Graham, and Jakira Graham all of the city; two great-great granddaughters and two great-great grandsons; five step-grandchildren; and a host of close relatives and friends.
