Latessa Renee Davis, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, was born to Cassandra Davis and Garriett Wendell Davis on June 27, 1981.  She attended New Hanover High School, and later made her home in Rocky Point, North Carolina.  Latessa departed her earthly life at 8:45 am on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC.  Latessa Leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Cassandra Davis and Garnett Wendell Davis of Wilmington, NC; her only brother Antonio Veron Davis of Wilmington, NC; Four beautiful children; Chrishuanta Onecia Davis of Wilmington, NC; Ta 'Juan La' Marr Davis of Warsaw, NC, Madajia Ifford of Atlanta, GA; and Mydajia Dillon of Wilmington, NC.  One grandson Jo'Vari Admir Pickett of Warsaw, NC.  She is survived by her aunts; Annie L Robinson of Atlanta, GA, Lottie Mae Robinson of Atlanta, GA, Sheryl Anita Barnett of Florida, and Tiffany Barnett of Florida; her uncle David L. Robinson of Wilmington, NC, and a host of family and friends.
