Lakeesha Ellen Hewlett entered this world on January 26, 1991. She was born to the late Shelly Jean Hewlett and the late Clayton Eugene Bryant (Penny). She was born a courageous fighter which prepared her for life's battles. Unfortunately, on December 15, 2022, she lost her battle, and can now rest.
Lakeesha was an avid sports fan. She loved Carolina Panthers and any NBA team that LeBron James played on. She loved to read; romantic stories being her favorite. Her best-loved movie of all time was '"Love & Basketball". She was also a fan of crime stories and enjoyed her 90's R&B music. Keesha's three children were her whole life. The love she had for them was unconditional and heartwarming.
She leaves to cherish her memory her three beloved children, Synia, Sincere Thames, and Serenity Walker. She also leaves behind her siblings, Julius
Hewlett (Courtney), Tameka Devone, Eudasia, Dionte Bryant, Christopher (Ariel), Unique (Shawn), and Tre'Vaugn Segar; step siblings, Lashanna (Byron) Gayle, Marvin, Steven, and Titus Singleton; her paternal Grandmother, Jacqueline Pearson; her Godmother, Michelle Newsome; her cousins, Elizabeth, and Michael (Tiffany) Hewlett, Victoria (Marquis) Summers, and Erica (Brenton) Irving; and a host of nieces and nephews.
