While the past few weeks have been filled with support, love, and encouragement we regret to inform you that Kwanishia has passed away. We appreciate the community's support during this difficult time, but ask that you please provide us with privacy throughout our grievances.

Kwanishia was a mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. We greatly appreciate your support, kind gestures, and generous donations. Thank you for your love and compassion in extending gratitude for a beautiful, charismatic, and kind soul who has greatly impacted our lives and community. We look forward to sharing space with you to commemorate Kwanishia.

Celebration of Life for Our Beloved Ms. Kwanishia T. Nelson will be held on April 29,2023 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church 4925  New Centre Drive Wilmington, NC 28403  with the Reverend Dr. Terry L. Henry Pastor/Eulogist at 1P.M.

The wake will be held at John H. Shaw's Son Funeral Home  520 Red Cross Street Wilmington, NC  28401. The family time will be private so please respect the families wishes, viewing for the public will start strictly after 6PM and end at 8PM.
