Jac'Qual Raymond De'Shocka Goodman was born February 22, 2001, to Antonette Waters and Raymond Goodman in Wilmington, North Carolina. He entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 3, 2024.  Jac'Qual attended New Hanover County Public Schools. He played basketball with the Spartans AAU Basketball team coached by his uncle BoBo during his youth and teens. He Was employed with the International Longshoremen's Association, Local 1426, here in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Jac'Qual, affectionately called "Daddy Boo" or "Fredo", loved being around his family "All the Time". The jokes and all the love shared between them was priceless. He was big on love and loyalty. His smile lit up any room he entered. His daughter A'Nariea was his total heartbeat and the joy she brought to his world was beyond words, she was truly a daddy's girl.  If you knew Jac'Qual then you already knew that he had to be comfortable with you before a conversation could ever be started. He was very observant of his surroundings and was a great listener. You could find him after hours playing his X-Box. While playing Madden, GTA, Call of Duty and NBA 2K, some of his favorite games, don't forget about him burning food. All the kids loved him like he was one of them. Since elementary school, Aliysha Tate has been the love of his life. He has always catered to her every need- A Forever Love. His dad would always say that his son was a very outspoken and standup guy no matter what the situation. Jac'Qual will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Julia Mae Goodman and a special cousin, Daiquan Jacobs. Jac'Qual leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, A'Nariea Goodman and her mother, the love of his life, Aliysha Tate; his mother, Antonette Waters; his father, Raymond Goodman; siblings, Jarrod Davis, Sha'Quala Goodman, Joshua Goodman, Sha'Quetta Goodman, Sha'Quanna Goodman, Sha'Jaya Goodman, La'Quay Cox, Brianna Cox, Za'Niyah Green, Zay'Veon Green all of Wilmington, NC and Carmello Goodman, Camora Goodman, Camille Goodman, Cameron Goodman and Caren Goodman all of Atlanta, GA; grandparents, Cynthia B.
