Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Shaw Funeral Home.  Visitation will be prior to the service.

Kree Naomi Washington graced our lives with her love on May 28, 2025, at Novant Health Medical Center here in Wilmington, NC.  She is the cherished daughter of Kiyana Johnson and Christopher Washington, Sr., and the baby sister of Jayden Johnson, Kyleigh Johnson, and Christopher Washington, Jr.  Kree brought light, warmth and immeasurable love to her family from the moment she arrived.  Kree departed her earthly home on June 13, 2025.  Though her time here with us was brief, every moment was filled with love.  Kree is missed tremendously by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and a host of family and friends, who will forever carry her in their hearts.  Welcoming her into eternal peace are her beloved Aunt Melody Johnson, Grandmother Jamila Beard, and a host of other cherished family members.  She will forever be remembered as a beautiful, innocent soul who was simply too perfect for this world.
