Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 3230 Heitman Drive, Winston Salem, NC 27107.  Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). Visitation will also be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, (one hour prior to the service).

Mrs. Moore was predeceased by: her parents, Ahminious Newkirk and Janie Newkirk; her siblings, Leonard, Clarence, Thomas, Marvin Newkirk, Sadie Watkins, Pauline Singleton and Etta Mae McIntyre; and her husband Dr. H. L Moore. She is survived by: her children, Revenda Ann Mosley, Shaye Pridgen, Henry Pridgen (Linda), Terry Moore and Rev. Daryl Moore; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Pridgen, Jenard Durham, Jeffrey Woods, Jenard Moore (Destiny) of Greensboro, NC, Henry Pridgen Jr. and Brian Mosley (MiEsha) of Arlington, VA.
