Fredrick Charles Henry, age 65, of Wilmington, North Carolina passed away on October 10, 2025, after an extended illness. Charles was born on January 13, 1960, in Eufaula, Alabama to the late Gloretta Henry. Charles and his mother moved to Wilmington, North Carolina when he was young and he lived here until his passing.  Charles loved music and worked as a Disc Jockey at local radio stations and private events for many years. He also loved hanging out with his good friends, Joe Stanley, Frank Laster, Larry Edwards, Raymond Davis and James Bloodworth.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Gloretta Henry; aunt, Lula Henry Sidberry (Joseph), and grandparents, Floyd and Eva White Henry all of Eufaula, Alabama. He is survived by: his son, Frederick Charles Henry, II of Wilmington, NC; cousin, Stephania Yvette Sidberry of Raleigh, NC; his mother-in-love, Edna Mae Laster-Perrymon of Wilmington, NC; his brother-in-love, Joe Stanley of Wilmington, NC; his sisters-in-love, Angel Laster-Duleigh of Wilmington, NC and Ra'Mona "Bull" Burnett, of Atlanta, GA, and a host of other relatives and friends.
