Felecia Antoinette Hankins was born December 31, 1963, to the late Bishop Rayford
Hankins and Ruth Evelyn Montague Hankins at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw, NC. Felecia was educated in the Pender County School System. She continued her education pursuing a career in fashion design and modeling at Bauder Fashion College of Atlanta, GA. She returned to Burgaw NC, where she continued in ministry alongside her father, Bishop Rayford Hankins with her gift of song and worship at Full Gospel Christian Church. She traveled full time in the ministry as the worship leader while simultaneously rearing 5 children and being a devoted wife. She returned to the workforce at Pender Memorial Hospital, ECU Health, Duplin Hospital and Cato Retail Store. She found herself often being an extra in movies, stage plays, various choirs and singing groups. She never met a stranger. Her warm inviting spirit encouraged many to call her sister, mother, and friend. As her health began to decline, she became a resident at Carolina Rivers Rehabilitation Center. She continued to minister to people during that time with the Word of God. Through her life's testimony, she ministered the Word of God until she asked God to take her home and He answered. She transitioned peacefully on July 5, 2023, at Onslow Memorial Hospital. She is preceded in death by her son Akeem Elisha Clay.
