Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at First Baptist Church, Southport, NC. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.

Carole Yvonne Randolph, daughter of the late Walker and Deloris Jenkins and granddaughter of the late Gertrude Watts Geter, was born in Washington, DC on June 18, 1945.  She departed this earthly life on July 28, 2022, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.  She was preceded in death by her father and stepmother, Walker and Deloris Jenkins, grandmother, Gertrude Watts Geter, brothers, Robert and Lawrence Jenkins, and a son Craig Johnson.  "Little Ma" as she was affectionately known was very well loved throughout the community for her free-spirited personality and quick wit.  She spent most of her life as a Chef with various restaurants throughout Southport.  After retirement she spend many hours crocheting, quilting, reading, and trying new recipes.  She accepted Christ as her personal Savior while in ICU after a visit from Minister Missy Scott Joyner. She leaves to cherish her memories; two sons, Larry (Myra) of Shallotte and Michael Johnson (Rose) of Bolivia and one daughter, Darlene Y. Smith (Perry) of Bolivia, two brothers, Walker, Jr, and Warren Jenkins, a special cousin/sister Carol Dean Jordan, a bonus daughter, Marcie Fiske.  Thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.  Carole was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
