Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Bethel AME Church, Northwest.  Burial will follow in the Northwest Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.

Jesus loves the little children, all the little children of the world.  We know this to be true, so we understand that he only takes the best.  On February 25, 2025, our Heavenly Father sent an Angel down to take the tiny hand of Jeremy De 'Andre Tilghman and led him back to his cradle in Heaven to take his eternal rest.  He had only been with us for a little while however, he had a great impact on our lives.  Jeremy will truly be missed.  He was born on November 26, 2024, to Shydarrian Connor and J'meriquan Tilghman at Novant New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather Andre L. Tilghman.  Jeremy leaves beautiful memories for his parents Shydarrian Connor and J'mariquan Tilghman.  Two sisters, Kaya Connor and Saina Andrews.  Grandfather Bennie Connor, Jr., Grandmother Angelia Gaines, great grandmothers Dizziane Zinnerman and Thedious Gaines.  Seven aunts Ebony Conner, Evette Gaines, Janice Olds, Thelma Johnson, Sandra Murphy, Shanequa Connor and Raquita Harvin.  One uncle Treyquan Tilghman, and one great uncle Samuel Gaines.
