Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Willie L. Shaw Jr. Memorial Chapel.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Antonio Carroway was born Nov.16,1981. He was the son of Lucinda Carroway and the late Tony Cook.  Antonio departed this earthly life on December 1, 2022.  "SKIP" was educated in New Hanover County School System, graduating in the Class of 1999 of John T. Hoggard High School. Antonio "Skip" truly loved being with his family, always smiling, laughing, and cracking jokes. He was a joy to be around. Although he played a lot, he did not play when it came to his family, especially his daughters. Skip had a unique sense of style when it came to shopping for clothes, mainly sneakers. He had a big heart and would help anyone he could. To cherish those priceless memories are: his grandmother, Jannie B. Shufford; mother, Lucinda Carroway; 3 beautiful daughters, Aaliyah and MeKenzie Carroway and Semaj Rattley; 1 brother, Jeremy Williams; 2 sisters, Darian Singletary and Kawanna Wilson both of Wilmington, NC; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including special friends, Angelica Rattley, Mark Gibbs, Chanicquea and "BOSS".
