On Monday, January 30, 2023, GOD called another angel home. Anita Nicole Williams was born on June 12, 1954, in Trenton, New Jersey to her late mother Rebecca Ashburn. Anita obtained her GED from Cape Fear Community College and received her Bachelors (Social Work) at Shaw University in 2002 in Raleigh, North Carolina. She worked at East Side Nursing Home for 15 years, and later worked at Janice Place for 3 years. Anita was a very loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed taking care of others, "giving back," volunteering and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Anita was also preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda Husky and Sandra Ashburn; her brothers, William Ashburn, Fleetest Ashburn, and Steve Feliciano. Anita will be greatly missed from her loving family and friends. Anita leaves to cherish her memories: her sons George Bragg, Jr. (Shakirah Bragg) and Tyrone Bragg; her honorary daughters, Tricia Hayes, Angel Chandler, ShaKami Servant, Brenda Bradford, and Tonia Boyd; grandchildren, Dashi Owens, Sincere Bragg, Taevyon Hayes, Jayda Bragg, Jayden Bragg, and Tafari Croom.
